Ordering Process

We will invite you to visit us at our workshop based in the beautiful county of Rutland.

This visit will give you the opportunity to view our pods, see the production process and meet the team who you will be intrusting to build your pod/pods. This is also a great way to get a real feel for the internal space of our pods, discuss additional extras you may require, kitchen options, colours, flooring, delivery or install options.

We understand workshop visits are not always possible due to where you might live and the distance of travelling. We have sold hundreds of pods nationwide to many customers we haven't had the pleasure of meeting in person. In circumstances like this we are more then happy to provide a virtual viewing for you.

Our team pride ourselves in fantastic customer service from start to finish, and understand it may take many phone calls or messages before you decide your perfect pod, and this is what we are here to help with.

We will advise you of estimated lead times for your pods production and delivery but please be understanding this can sometimes be subject to change along the way.  

Once we have received your final specification, style, colour, sizes and budget, we will be able to put together a detailed quote for you to look over and confirm. On acceptance of your Quotation, an invoice will be raised and a 50% deposit is required to secure your order. 

Your order is then added to our production list and we will keep you updated throughout of progress.

When production is complete, the remaining 50% is then payable. 

(Please note: if your pod is being delivered, the pod will not be leaving the workshop until the balance is cleared.)
